Heat pipe economizer

Heat pipe economizer has two types structure:

One: Its structure is similar as heat pipe steam generator, was made up of heat pipe tube bank and barrel, outer is flue board.

Heat zone of heat pipe is in flue, cool zone is in barrel.

Barrel has enter and exit for heat water, process safty and reliable, will not generation water attack phenomenon.

Two: adopt radical heat pipe structure type. Heat pipe was made into jacket type, center tube water flow to cool agent of heat pipe, outer pipe was weld sheetmetal, accept heat of smoke. Both header of Radical heat pipe was weld on flue which was form by economizer shell.

Feature:

1. Layout and installation convenience: equipment can be layout as vertical or horizontal.

2. Operation safty and reliable: feed water flue and smoke was separated, high safty ratio of feed water pipeline.

3. Wall temperature can be adjusted, for ensuring temperature high than dew point, will not happen acid corrosion.

4. Little operation resistance, it will not effect normal operation of boiler after adding hot pipe economizer.

5. It can collect cost in 5 to 8 months after investing equipment.
